Ingredients:

450g strained yogurt (like FAGE Total 0%)
100g erythritol (or other preferred sugar substitute)
1 egg
50g cornstarch (or potato starch)
100g chocolate chips
Instructions:

Preparation: Preheat your oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF). Grease a 15cm diameter cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mixing the Batter:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the strained yogurt and erythritol. Mix until smooth and the erythritol is well-incorporated.
Beat in the egg until the mixture is even and creamy.
Gradually sift in the cornstarch, mixing continuously to avoid any lumps from forming.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking:

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it out evenly.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean or with a few crumbs.

Cooling and Serving:
