🍧Ingredients:
8 ladyfinger biscuits
Milk (for soaking the ladyfingers)
500 gr Mascarpone cheese
200 ml whipped cream
1 packet of whipped cream stabilizer
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
125 gr quark cheese
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
🍧For the raspberry sauce:
500 gr frozen raspberries
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
🍧Instructions:
Whip the cream with the stabilizer until stiff peaks form. Add the Mascarpone, quark cheese, almond flour, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar. Continue to whisk until well combined.
For the raspberry sauce, blend the frozen raspberries with powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
Start by dipping the ladyfingers in milk and placing them at the bottom of the cups. Pour some raspberry sauce over them, followed by the creamy mixture. Layer again with soaked ladyfingers, followed by the cream and raspberry sauce.
Let the dessert set in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
