I have a delightful wild blueberry cake recipe for you.❣️

🫐For the dough:

250 grams of flour
150 grams of sugar
A pinch of salt
170 grams of butter
3 tablespoons of water
🫐How to prepare:

Mix the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add the butter and water, and knead into a dough.
Grease a 26 cm cake tin and press the dough into it. Place it in the refrigerator.
🫐For the filling:

500 grams of quark (Magerquark)
400 grams of sour cream (Schmand)
150 ml milk
2 sachets of vanilla pudding powder
130 grams of sugar
400 grams of wild blueberries
🫐Instructions:

Beat the quark, sour cream, and sugar together.
Add the milk and vanilla pudding powder and continue beating.
Pour the mixture over the refrigerated dough.
Sprinkle the wild blueberries on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C with both top and bottom heat for 65 minutes. Then, move the cake to the bottom part of the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
Allow the cake to rest for 4-5 hours or overnight.
