Italian cuisine is, in my opinion, the most beautiful in the world and itβs especially delightful during the hot weather. Hereβs a lunch/dinner idea that wonβt take you more than 15 minutes to prepare, which is just what we need right now.
Ingredients for one serving:
β’ 80g of fusilli pasta β’ 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce β’ 80g of cherry tomatoes β’ 40g of mozzarella cheese β’ Salt to taste β’ Thick balsamic vinegar if desired
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cut the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella into pieces. Once the pasta is cooked, combine it with a tablespoon of pesto, add the tomatoes and mozzarella, and season with salt to taste. Mix well. Thatβs essentially it. If you like, you can drizzle over some thick balsamic vinegar and add a few leaves of fresh basil for an extra touch of flavor.
