Ingredients:
β’ 300g ground Plazma biscuits β’ 100g coarsely ground roasted hazelnuts β’ 100g powdered sugar β’ 140g melted butter β’ 100-150ml freshly squeezed orange juice β’ vanilla extract β’ 100g dark chocolate β’ tablespoon of oil
Instructions:
Mix the ground biscuits and chopped hazelnuts. Add sugar and mix until well combined. Add melted butter, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Gradually add the juice; I found 100ml to be sufficient to achieve a soft consistency. The mixture will firm up in the refrigerator, so thereβs no need for it to be too thick, as it may break when sliced. Once the cake has set, pour melted chocolate over it, adding a bit of oil to the chocolate for easier cutting after it solidifies. Use mini Plazma biscuits and Plazmix for decoration.
