“Banana Bloom Cake”

Fluffy Cake✨ Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

For the cream:

  • 1 packet of banana flavor cremeole (I used banana)
  • 2 packets of whipped cream powder
  • 2.5 – 3 cups of milk

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
  2. Add boiling water and vegetable oil and whisk again.
  3. Sift and incorporate the flour, baking powder, and vanilla, then beat until smooth.
  4. Pour into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Once the cake has cooled, place a sheet of parchment paper on top, flip it, and remove the paper.

For the cream:

  1. Beat the cremeole, whipped cream powder, and milk in a mixer until well combined.
  2. Spread jam on the cake if desired, then apply a generous layer of cream.
  3. Cut the cake into 6 equal parts.
  4. Roll one part into a swirl and place it on a serving plate.
  5. Carefully place the other five pieces around the swirl.
  6. Decorate as you wish, and either let it set in the refrigerator for a while or serve immediately. Enjoy your meal.
