Easy Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

3 whole wheat biscuit slices (or cookies)
30ml latte (or vegan beverage)
Cream:

150g Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt)
30ml latte (or vegan beverage)
1 teaspoon honey
15g chia seeds
Topping (adjust to your liking):
Sugar-free jam

Method:

Crumble your biscuits or cookies and moisten them with the latte. Transfer the mixture to a dessert cup, pressing it down to create a base.

For the cream layer, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Once the mixture is smooth, layer it over the base.

Let the cheesecake chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours. Overnight chilling is ideal.
