Recipe for Egg-Free Cream Cake
This simple cream cake recipe utilizes the rich cream (known as malai) that forms on top of boiled cowโs milk.
Ingredients:
1 cup Fresh Cream (Malai)
1 cup Plain Flour
3/4 cup Powdered Milk
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Pineapple Flavoring
1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Vinegar
Method:
Place the mixture in an oven pre-warmed to the desired temperature and let it bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
