Tiramisuβ¨
For the cream:
3 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Half a cup of granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
200 grams of cream cheese
1 pack of heavy whipping cream
Ladyfinger biscuits
Cook the milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, and flour in a pot until it thickens. Once done, turn off the heat and let it cool. Meanwhile, whip the cold cream in a mixer until itβs frothy. When the cooked mixture is cool, blend in the cream cheese and whipped cream until smooth.
For the coffee dip:
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
2 cups of hot water
1 pack of ladyfinger biscuits
Mix the coffee, sugar, and water. Dip the ladyfingers briefly and lay them in serving dishes. Pour the cream over the biscuits. Layer more biscuits and cream as desired. Cover with plastic wrap and ideally let it rest in the fridge overnight. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy your meal..
