π«Recipe:
1 packet puff pastry (6 pieces)
1 egg yolk
1 packet of Paradies Creme
300 ml milk
Fruit for topping
π«Instructions:
Start by cutting the puff pastries in half. To give them a pattern, make cuts on the edges as shown in the video and fold. Prick the center with a fork. Brush the edges with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven on the fan setting for 12 minutes. Once baked, allow them to cool down.
Whisk the cold milk and Paradies Creme together. Pipe this mixture onto the cooled puff pastries. Garnish with fruits and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
