Prepare the gelatine by mixing 1/4 cup of it with 1/2 cup water, allowing it to bloom.
Pour 300ml of the mango mixture into a saucepan and warm it gently.
Incorporate the gelatine into the warm mango mixture, stirring continuously until it’s completely blended in.
Pour the mixture into your desired moulds.
Refrigerate for about 3-4 hours or until it solidifies.
