Ingredients:

35-40 Lotus biscuits
Coffee (for brushing)
500 gr Mascarpone cheese
250 gr Labne cheese (or Quark)
100 gr Cream cheese (or Fresh cheese)
1 large tablespoon of Lotus spread
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
For decoration:

Lotus biscuits
Lotus spread
Instructions:

Start by arranging the Lotus biscuits in a square baking dish (20 x 20 cm). Lightly brush them with coffee.
For the cream mixture, whip together the mascarpone, cream cheese, labne, Lotus spread, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Pour and spread this mixture over the arranged biscuits.
Dip more Lotus biscuits in coffee and place them over the cream layer. Pour another layer of the cream mixture on top.
Garnish the top with Lotus spread and crumbled Lotus biscuits.
Allow the dessert to set in the refrigerator overnight.
