Ingredients for Donuts:

- 1 tbsp protein powder
Instructions:
- Donut Batter:
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (360Β°F).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg (or flax egg) with the sweetener and salt.
- Add the vanilla extract and Greek yogurt to the mixture and blend until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the oat flour, cacao (or carob) powder, and baking powder. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth.
- Baking:
- Spoon the batter into a greased donut pan, filling each mold about two-thirds full.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cream Topping:
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and protein powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Serve:
- Once the donuts have cooled, spread or dollop the cream topping on each donut.
