Ingredients:

β€’ 2 tablespoons of chia seeds β€’ 50ml of almond milk β€’ 100g of 0% fat Greek yogurt β€’ A dash of vanilla extract β€’ Half a teaspoon of honey β€’ 140g of ripe mango β€’ 50ml of mango and passion fruit juice blend (Nutrinolab brand) β€’ 1 passion fruit

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey. Stir the mixture well and refrigerate until the chia seeds have expanded. Meanwhile, dice the mango. In a serving glass, layer half of the chia pudding, followed by half of the diced mango. Repeat with the remaining pudding and then add a layer of the mango-passion fruit juice blend and the pulp of one passion fruit. Top with the remaining diced mango. This pudding can be enjoyed immediately or left in the fridge overnight for a more developed flavor.
