NOUGAT CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

200g of crushed biscuits
50g of choco-hazelnut flour
125g of butter
80ml of hazelnut milk
Combine the biscuits, flour, melted butter, and milk. Press the mixture into a 20cm diameter mold. Chill in the refrigerator to set.

For the Filling:

500g of cream cheese (or similar)
80ml of heavy cream
100g of hazelnut butter
100g of melted white chocolate
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Optional: cream stabilizer for a firmer cream consistency
Whip the cream cheese and mix in the other ingredients. Pour the mixture over the crust. Chill again while preparing the chocolate topping.

For the Ganache:

100g of white chocolate
100ml of heavy cream
Melt the chocolate with the cream, let it cool slightly, then pour it over the filling. Leave in the fridge for a few hours to set. Decorate as desired.

  1. Hi there. There is Nougat in the name, But I don’t see Nougat anywhere in the ingredients. Where does the Nougat fit in the recipe?
