Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

24 oz medium-sized Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp salted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning salt (including garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, and oregano)
Instructions:

Start by preparing the Brussels sprouts. Trim off the end stems and then halve each sprout. Once done, set them aside.

Heat your oven to 400ยฐF and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a small bowl or pan, melt the butter. Once melted, blend it with the olive oil.

Brush or spoon half of this butter mixture onto the parchment paper, ensuring it spreads out evenly.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese uniformly over the buttered parchment.

Position each Brussels sprout half, cut side down, onto the cheese layer. You can arrange them randomly or in organized rows, as per your preference.

Brush the remaining butter mixture over the sprouts. Finish by sprinkling the seasoning salt uniformly over them.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Once done, remove from the oven but let them sit on the tray for another 5-10 minutes to settle.

Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, crispy delight!
