Peach Paradise Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
2 oz peach schnapps
1 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Ice cubes
Peach slices or mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the diced peaches, peach schnapps, vodka, triple sec, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth.
Fill a shaker with ice cubes and pour the peach mixture into the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with peach slices or mint leaves, if desired.
