Ingredients:
2 cups oats (ensure gluten-free if required)
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup of maple syrup or alternative liquid sweetener
150g chocolate
Instructions:
Begin by combining the oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and maple syrup in a large mixing bowl. If the peanut butter isnβt easily pourable, you might need to heat it up briefly until it reaches a βdrippyβ consistency.
Using a microwave, melt together the chocolate and the additional 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
Take a muffin tray and distribute the oat blend into 8 muffin molds. To ensure the mix sets properly, press down firmly with your fingers; if it isnβt compacted, it might fall apart later.
Drizzle the melted chocolate and peanut butter blend over each muffin mold.
Place the tray in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours to let the treats solidify.
Once set, enjoy your frozen oat and chocolate delight!
