Raw Meatball Sushi with a Twist

Recipe (Using a 200ml cup for measurements):

1 cup fine bulgur
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 tablespoon chili pepper flakes
1/2 tablespoon Urfa pepper (isot)
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red pepper paste
1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
100 ml tomato sauce
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1-2 teaspoons salt
1 grated onion
Juice of 1 lemon
3 wrap tortillas


Preparation:
Place the fine bulgur in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Mix well and wait for the bulgur to absorb the water. Once slightly cooled, add the grated onion, pepper paste, and the remaining ingredients, then knead the mixture. I kneaded it for about 30 minutes using a machine.
Spread a layer of the raw meatball mixture over the wrap tortilla. Drizzle with pomegranate molasses, add your choice of salad, and roll it up. Slice into pieces.
