🍰For the cake base:
125 gr butter or margarine
125 gr sugar
1 sachet of vanilla extract
2 eggs
125 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
35 gr hazelnuts
1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
🍰Procedure:
Whisk together butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Gradually add eggs and continue whisking. Mix in flour, baking powder, and cocoa until well combined. Stir in the hazelnuts. Pour the batter into an 18 cm cake mold. Bake at 180Β°C for 35-40 minutes.

🍰For the cream layer:
300 gr whipping cream
2 sachets of cream stabilizer
250 gr mascarpone cheese
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
🍰Procedure:
Whip the cream with the stabilizer. Mix in mascarpone and powdered sugar.
Spread the cream over the cooled cake base. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.

🍰For the caramel sauce:
85 gr sugar
35 gr butter
60 ml cream
🍰Procedure:
In a pan, melt the butter and sugar. Cook until it turns a caramel color. Add cream and stir until well combined. Allow to cool.
Pour the cooled caramel over the cream layer. Melt some Nutella and drizzle over the cake. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Garnish with Maxi King chocolates.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
