“Strawberry Bliss: White Chocolate Loaf Cake Delight”

Also known as a bread cake, I’m a huge fan of these types of cakes. It’s hard to pick a favorite combination, but this one is definitely in my top 3. Another great thing about these cakes is their simplicity, making them perfect for those who might not be very experienced in the kitchen. Just mix everything together, pour it into a mold, and wait for it to bake—no complex steps involved. Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

• 100g softened butter • 50ml oil • 100g sugar • 1 packet of vanilla sugar • 175ml milk • A dash of vanilla essence • 3 medium-sized eggs • 200g flour • Baking powder • A pinch of salt • 200g strawberries • 80g white chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the butter, oil, and sugar until it becomes fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition for about a minute.
  3. Mix the vanilla essence into the milk, then pour this into the butter mixture.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients—flour, baking powder, and salt—in a separate bowl, then add them to the wet ingredients. Beat with a mixer until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
  5. Finally, fold in the finely chopped strawberries and white chocolate using a spatula.
  6. Pour the batter into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F).
  8. Optionally, you can drizzle the cake with an additional 100g of melted white chocolate and garnish with fruit to your liking. Enjoy!
