- Pour the creamy mixture over the cookie base, leveling the top with a spatula. For best results, refrigerate at least 5 hours or, ideally, overnight.
- When itβs serving time, if you choose to use whipped cream, whip it until it achieves stiff peaks and spread it over the cheesecakeβs surface.
- Garnish by drizzling the pulp of the remaining passionfruits across the cheesecake.
