Turkish milk cake

For the cake :
3 large eggs
100g of sugar +lemon zestes or vanilla
100g of flour
Bake in a preheated oven for 18-20minutes. Let it cool for 1 hour

For the moisture:
In a large cup combine 200ml of milk,100ml of heavy cream and drizzle over the top of the cake.

For the cream:
50g of instant dairy whip
125ml of cold milk

Make the caramel by first melting the sugar over low heat until it reach an amber color, add 2 tbsp of butter, 60ml of water mixed with 1 tbsp of corn starch
Add 50ml of milk and mix well.
