3 medium-sized boiled potatoes
1 large egg
2 cups of flour
Half a teaspoon of salt
After boiling, mash the potatoes thoroughly. Then, knead all the ingredients until well-combined. Dust a generous amount of flour on your work surface and divide the potato dough into four pieces, rolling each into a long cylinder. Cut these into small pieces. Press each piece with a fork to shape, making sure to flour them to prevent sticking.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and stir. Drop the gnocchi into the boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes after they float to the surface, then transfer to a large bowl. In a saucepan, melt a tablespoon of butter. Add half a pack of cream and the pesto sauce and mix well.
