Magnolia Pudding

🌟 Magnolia Pudding 🌟

1 liter of milk
2 heaping tablespoons of flour
2 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of sugar
2 egg yolks
After cooking, add:

1 packet of vanilla (optional, I didn’t add)
1 packet of heavy cream
60 grams of white chocolate
For the biscuit layer:

2 packets of digestive biscuits
A handful of walnuts (optional)
For the filling:

Bananas, strawberries
Let’s start by cooking the milk, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, and flour in a pot until it thickens. Once done, take it off the heat and stir in vanilla and white chocolate until melted. Beat the cold cream in a mixer until fluffy. You may skip this step if you prefer. Then, blend it into the slightly cooled pudding mixture.

Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor.
Roughly chop the walnuts and layer them over the biscuits. In a small baking dish or individual bowls, layer the biscuits, cream, and fruits repeatedly. Finish with a layer of the crushed biscuits on top. Cover with cling film and let it set in the fridge overnight.

Serve chilled the next day and enjoy the deliciousness!
