Ingredients
350g of flour
1 egg
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
4g of baking powder
Vanilla powder
30g sugar
40g of softened butter
210ml of warm milk
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, egg, salt , vanilla, baking powder and dry yeast
Add milk and mix.
Add butter and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Let it rise for 2 hours.
When you shape the donuts let them rise again for 30-40 minutes.
Fry on low heat a few minutes from each side.
