Ingredients:

Ripe bananas
Peanut Butter Protein Fluff:
1 cup dairy-free yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 scoops of protein powder
Dairy-free milk (as needed to adjust consistency)
Chocolate Coating:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:

Begin by slicing a few ripe bananas and arranging them on a tray lined with parchment paper. You can gently press down on each slice to flatten them a bit if you prefer.

Prepare the peanut butter protein fluff: In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder. Add a little dairy-free milk if you find the mixture too thick, aiming for a creamy consistency.

Spread a layer of the peanut butter protein fluff onto each banana slice.

Place the tray in the freezer and allow the bananas to set for about 1 hour.

For the chocolate coating: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until the mixture is smooth.
